The knitting factory of Xinsheng is divided into three factories as head knitting factory, subordinated knitting factory and special industrial fabrics manufacturing factory. We have full set of the technique for production and introduced from Germany industrial knitting machines including LIBA and KARL MAYER for more than 200 sets and 6 sets of matched spandex warping machines.

 

Meanwhile,we dispatch many experienced knitting engineers to Germany to have technic training periodically. We are engaging in swimwear, underwear, sportswear, air net cloth, mesh fabrics, mattress fabrics, billboard and so on.

 

We have various patterns with size from 60” to 80” which can be adjusted up to the customer’s requirement. The producing capacity of PFP of different fabrices reaches 10000 tons per month.
